Basic Location Card Magic Trick
Hi! I'm Malik the Magic Guy for expertvillage.com. Now I'm going to show you an example of a cool trick you can do with forcing cards. Let's have Mr. Hand come back over here, now Mr. Hand if I can have you cut about half of the cards right over here. Wonderful, I love your how you call half of the deck, but that's okay. Pick up the other half, turn it cross wise, put it on that half, now Mr. Hand you could of cut anywhere you wanted, but you cut right there. So I'm going to take these off, and I want you to look at that card, remember it, show is to the camera, okay. Now I'm going to put the deck back together. I'd like you to pick up the deck; you can put the card back in it anywhere you want and even give them a little mix, great. Now I would like to concentrate on your card, I'm going to go through and I'm going to pull out a card it think is yours. That's not the one... hmm, Mr. Hand this one I like a lot better. Did you pick the 6 of spades?

Basic Location Card Magic Trick Explained
Hi! I'm Malik the Magic Guy for expertvillage.com. Now I want to show you a basic card location using the force that we just did. Now what I had Mr. Hand do was cut the deck; and we're doing the cross cut force that I taught you, so he cut the cards roughly in half. Now my force card is right here, the 6 of spades. Okay, now Mr. Hand pick up the other half and turn it cross wise, put it on there. So now I know what card Mr. Hand is going to end up with. And I say you could of cut anywhere you wanted. We take this off, he looks at that card, remembers it, I already know what it is. So now no matter what happens to that card, I'm going to find it. So I put the deck back together, I have Mr. Hand pick it up, and he can put the card back in anywhere he wants, he can mix it up because I already know what the card is. And then when I take it I'm going to go through the deck. Now I pulled out a card at first that wasn't Mr. Hand's card, and I did this to build a little bit of tension, because I was like, okay maybe not, and then I went through and I found my 6 of spades, my force card, because I know that's the card he picked, because I forced it on him using the cross cut force. And then I showed it to him, and that's a great simple location you can do using a force. That works with any of the forces that I just showed ya'll.
